I have also come to know from sources that there is rampant coruption in the office of Dental Council of India.

One instance is against the President Dental Council of India.

In year 2009 the President of dental Council of India took several favors from a well know German company to allow them to sell sub-standard dental equipments in India even though hundreds of dentists complained to the President DCI.

The complainants had bought dental equipments from well know German dental company but the products were of bad quality. There were sevarl complaints of avrious nature from these dentists against the company . This was brought to the notice of the President DCI but instead of initiating action against the company through proper offices ,the President DCI got into a deal with the company and got several favors .

The favors are as follows:
1. Free German dental treatment unit worth Rs.15,00,000/- .he has not paid to the company
2. Free RVG worth Rs.3,50,000 .Not paid
3. other free spares worth Rs.4,50,000/-

All the above have been supplied by the company's distributor based in Bangalore. The name of the distributor is Mecron. the company is secretly adjusting the receivables from the President DCI by adjusting the receivables under some false claims.
